We're passionate about building a cloud cost transparency platform that helps enable everyone, from developers to enterprises, analyze, report, collaborate on, and optimize their cloud spend. Together we are a high-output team of ~55 employees based in New York City with a remote-friendly culture. About the Role As a Solutions Architect, you will work hands-on with Vantage's most strategic and technically complex customers to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. This is a highly technical, customer-facing post-sales role focused on implementation, architecture, and problem-solving, rather than pure support or customer success. You'll embed directly with customers during onboarding and expansion moments, helping design cloud cost allocation models, integrate complex data providers, and unblock technical challenges. You'll have a direct line to Product and Engineering, and your customer observations will shape what we build.
