The Impact U will make: Reporting to the Engineering Manager - Design and implement scalable, reliable backend systems - from architecture through production deployment. - Harden and optimize the platform for stability, performance, and release readiness. - Lead implementation of backend services, APIs, and data models with a strong focus on maintainability strategies. - Experience in data modeling and working on No SQL database like MongoDB as Unqork heavily uses MongoDB. - Set technical standards and establish best practices across code quality, architecture, and system design. - Act as a hands-on technical leader reviewing code, debugging complex issues, and improving performance where needed. - Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design to translate business problems into well-structured technical solutions. - Hands on experience with ability to utilize AI for development
