Job Summary: The Process Engineer will lead the development and optimization of inkjet printing (IJP) processes and OLED device fabrication to support next-generation display technologies. This role focuses on ink formulation, material screening, thin-film characterization, and device validation, enabling rapid evaluation of proprietary emitter materials and accelerating customer adoption toward mass production.
