Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Collect, review and examine an applicant's financial history and records Perform risk assessment reports Analyze client's financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur Provide elite service to internal and external clients Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must Have Qualifications: Completed 2 or 4-year college degree Complex rationale and problem-solving skills Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and be coached Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry Se
