Senior Distributed Systems Engineer Tel Aviv Office, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel ABOUT UNIT Unit is a market leader in embedded finance. THE ROLE As a key member of our engineering team, you'll have a significant impact on shaping the direction of Unit's platform and product. You will design and build backend services that operate in a large-scale distributed microservices environment, where business workflows span multiple systems and require careful handling of consistency, retries, failures, and long-lived execution. You will own Unit features from design to deployment, solve complex distributed challenges, and collaborate with multiple teams across the company. For the right candidate, this is a rare opportunity to help build an industry-defining company from the ground up while working on problems in Banking, Payments, Cards, and Lending that demand precision, correctness, and accountability.
