THE ROLE As a key member of our team, you'll have a significant impact on shaping the direction of the company and product. You will manage Unit features from design to deployment, solve complex issues, and collaborate with different teams. For the right candidate, this is a rare opportunity to help build an industry-defining company from the ground up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implement enterprise-grade backend services which can handle Unit's scale and use cases. - Own and develop Unit features end-to-end - from design, through implementation, testing and deployment. - Solve diverse, complex problems at a large scale distributed microservices environment - Interact with various teams across Unit and work together to deliver ground breaking features in the fields of Banking, Payments, Cards and Lending. - Develop solutions for developers, with a strong emphasis on performance and quality.
