THE IDEAL CANDIDATE As a Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer) you are capable of performing tasks at any level of the technical stack: API/back end/front end code in one or more languages. Working with systems infrastructure - hardware, OS, preparing the system and dependencies for all software. Understanding, creating, manipulating and querying databases. Project management / client work, e.g. gathering requirements, creating technical specifications and architecture documents, managing a project timeline; someone who has worked with Agile/SCRUM/Kanban. YOUR NEW ROLE: Technical Leading of Project work for the Development team (small collaborative teams) which includes remote team members. Maintain an effective relationship between the development teams and all customers, including Project Managers, Support managers, Operations and the Test Team. Timely and appropriate escalation of issues to ensure the integrity of the development team. Recognizing issues in projects and the teams and proactively working with all parties to resolve. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the development team. Mentoring more junior members
