Your Mission UiPath is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with an uncommon profile: not a traditional CSM, but a transformation program leader able to act as a true strategic partner for one of our largest enterprise accounts. Your mission: drive this client's automation journey - from RPA industrialization to emerging agentic use cases - by challenging their priorities, shaping a bold vision, and moving the needle where others would simply manage the relationship. This role requires strong executive presence, the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and a genuine passion for transformation at scale.
