Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI): - Identify, evaluate, and select qualified ODM partners based on technical, commercial, - and operational criteria - Coordinate across R&D, QA, purchasing, and supply chain teams to track project status - Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and development agreements with ODMs - Drive cost-down initiatives through value engineering and supplier collaboration - Work with QA teams to manage quality audits, corrective actions, and control
