About this role
Business Systems Architect Taipei, Taiwan Meet the Team The CBM-IT (Component Business Management - IT) team is responsible for driving supplier IT collaboration, B2B integration, cybersecurity governance, and manufacturing traceability across critical semiconductor and system partners (e.g., TSMC, ASE, Fabrinet). We are building a small, execution-focused team in Taiwan to strengthen field-level engagement, accelerate issue resolution, and nurture long-term executive-level partnerships. Your Impact As an Partner Manager , you will: Serve as Cisco's primary partner interface in Taiwan, managing relationships up to the CxO level with semiconductor and system suppliers. Support B2B onboarding, data traceability, and IT adoption initiatives, working closely with CBM-IT, GSM, CCO, and SiOps stakeholders. Build trust and alignment with supplier executives, bridging local execution with Cisco global IT strategy. Identify integration gaps, operational inefficiencies, and propose solutions that improve supply chain IT performance . Act as a cultural and business liaison, ensuring clear, bi-directional communication between Taiwan-based partners and Cisco global leadership. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 8 years' experience in partner management, supplier engagement, program management, or business development . Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent bilingual communication skills (Mandarin Chinese and English, written and verbal). Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments . Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications Background in semiconductor or high-tech supply chain preferred. Familiarity with IT systems, B2B integration, and data traceability is a plus (training provided). Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term trust with global and local stakeholders.
