About this role
Business Systems Analyst Taipei, Taiwan Associate Partner Manager Meet the Team The CBM-IT (Component Business Management - IT) team works at the intersection of supply chain execution and IT transformation , ensuring Cisco's semiconductor and system suppliers adopt B2B integration, data traceability, and cybersecurity standards . We are building a Taiwan-based Partner Management team to engage closely with strategic suppliers such as TSMC, ASE, and Fabrinet . This team will serve as Cisco's local presence to strengthen executive relationships, accelerate execution, and enable long-term supplier alignment . Your Impact As an Associate Partner Manager , you will: Work alongside the Taiwan Partner Manager to engage with suppliers at both operational and leadership levels . Learn to manage executive-level partner relationships and gradually own selected accounts or workstreams. Support supplier B2B adoption, IT integration, and traceability initiatives , while gaining exposure to CxO-level conversations. Participate in cross-functional coordination with CBM-IT, GSM, CCO, and SiOps stakeholders. Develop the ability to translate complex IT and supply chain issues into clear business impact . Minimum Qualifications 4-6 years' experience Partner Management and Program Management experience in Supply Chain with Bachelors Degree. Strong interpersonal and communication skills ; able to build trust across functions and cultures. Bilingual (Mandarin & English) with excellent written and verbal capability. Demonstrated learning agility and ambition to grow into a senior partner-facing role. Bachelor's degree required.
