About the role: We are looking for a versatile IT Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our local office network infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring peak network performance and stability, maintaining rigorous security standards, managing Linux systems, and delivering robust technical support using our own cutting-edge hardware. Responsibilities: - Manage network infrastructure, including switching, routing, and VLAN configurations, prioritizing maximum uptime and stability; - Implement, monitor, and enforce IT security best practices across local networks, servers, and endpoints; - Proactively monitor network and system performance, identifying bottlenecks and tuning configurations for optimal speed and reliability; - Perform deep troubleshooting of network and system issues across all OSI layers; - Provide comprehensive end-user support (macOS/Windows/Linux) and manage the secure hardware lifecycle; - Deploy, support, and maintain UniFi products within the office infrastructure, including rack power and UPS management to ensure environmental stability; - Provide support and
