While a deep understanding of power electronics is foundational, this role extends far beyond traditional circuit design. You will own the technical direction, platform strategy, and lifecycle execution of Ubiquiti's Power Infrastructure portfolio - balancing customer needs, business objectives, and engineering execution. The ideal candidate combines strong power systems expertise with product leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a unified technical vision.
