About this role

Commercial Banking Assistant Pasadena, TX, US Overview This position may be filled as a Level I or II. Additional responsibilities and qualifications apply. The purpose of this job is to provide support for multi assigned Commercial Relationship Managers in serving the needs of clients and prospects, with regard to loans, deposits, investments, trusts, and insurance products. Support should be provided in all aspects of the commercial lending process to include successful loan closings, and portfolio management subsequent to loan closings. This position will get instructions from the Commercial Banking Support Manager while supporting the assigned Commercial Relationship Managers. Level II Additional Position Summary: The purpose of this job is to utilize advanced knowledge and experience of acceptable commercial lending practices to provide support for multi Commercial Relationship Managers II or III with (all of the duties of Community Banking Assistant I, plus) complicated portfolio management, perfection of loan documentation, and technical assistance, as needed, to ensure timely and accurate coordination of reviews, loan renewals, loan modifications, exceptions and compliance resolution, and all other aspects of the commercial lending and portfolio management processes.This position will get instructions from the Commercial Banking Support Manager while supporting the assigned Commercial Relationship Managers.
