As a Contract Recruiter, you will help TRM attract, engage, and hire top talent across priority roles. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of your assigned searches. The impact you'll have here: - Support a high-velocity recruiting process that efficiently identifies and recruits exceptional talent to TRM. - Manage assigned searches across the full recruiting lifecycle. - Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint. - Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies that will help us find and engage a diverse and exceptional candidate pool. - Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and increase hiring efficiency. What we're looking for: - 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups. - Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, using these insights
