You will support the HR team by taking care of our employees, from the moment they sign the offer letter, to the moment they leave the company. In this role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with local labour laws, and efficient support for employees and managers across various HR functions. You will also manage large volumes of HR data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and effective reporting. Employee Support: - Serve as the first point of contact for employees on pay, leave, benefits, and policies, resolving their queries through our ticketing tool, ServiceNow. -
