About this role
Sales Recruiter (GTM) New York, NY Navan is seeking an accomplished Recruiter to execute our regional recruiting strategy, focused on building and scaling a strong pipeline of sales talent. In this pivotal and dynamic position, you will take ownership of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier sales professionals as well as high-potential emerging talent for our sales organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with our revenue teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. If you are driven by results, passionate about talent acquisition, and eager to contribute to Navan's ongoing growth and success, this is the team for you! What You'll Do: Manage a high-volume, end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent. Gain an understanding of the team's headcount goals and support hiring efforts to ensure we meet our targets. Champion a world-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding. Leverage sourcing tools and recruitment data to identify passive candidates and continually refine programs for optimal results. Lead and support employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Talent Brand team, crafting creative campaigns that reflect Navan's culture and values. Drive ongoing recruiting projects and process improvements to meet and exceed hiring goals while upholding high standards of excellence. Mentor and support hiring teams on best practices, innovative strategies, and inclusive hiring approaches.
