About this role

Process Engineer - Fernley, NV NV Plant We are looking for a Process Engineer to help us establish and maintain operating parameters for plant equipment, provide technical support to production, maintenance, and process teams, and oversee the proper functioning of manufacturing lines. As a Trex Process Engineer, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures for wood/plastic composites, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to quality standards. This role is a key member of our Engineering team.
