About this role
Remote Outreach Specialist US - Remote Role overview As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving member engagement and enrollment in the 2nd.MD Program with Transcarent. This is an outbound focused role for someone who is energized by influencing decisions through meaningful conversations. You will proactively connect with eligible members, clearly articulate the value of Transcarent's 2nd MD Service, overcome hesitation, and motivate action. Success in this role requires strong persuasive communication, resilience, and the ability to consistently perform against defined engagement and enrollment goals while maintaining a positive, professional member experience. This role is ideal for someone with inside sales experience who enjoys dialing, objection handling, and converting interest into action. A Day in the Life - Outbound, cold calling (100+ calls per day) to engage eligible members - Drive member activation and enrollment by confidently positioning the value and benefits of Transcarent and 2nd.MD services - Use consultative selling techniques to understand member needs, address concerns, and overcome objections - Collect relevant health and background information and route members efficiently to the appropriate clinical resources - Build rapport quickly and establish trust to influence member decision-making - Manage follow-up activities to re-engage members and close enrollment opportunities - Accurately document conversations, outcomes, and next steps in internal systems - Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach and follow-up activities - Collaborate with an integrated care team to support timely care coordination - Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including engagement and enrollment
