Senior Product Manager Brooklyn, NY We're searching for an ambitious Sr. Product Manager to join the tech team in our Boston or New York office to lead a core, agentic product. This person will report directly to the CPO, Erik Ornitz https://www.linkedin.com/in/erikornitz/, and own the roadmap + buildout of this product to drive outsized customer and business impact. This is your chance to join a company that's not only growing fast, but reshaping an entire industry. ⚡ What you'll do In this role, you will: - Lead product for a dedicated, world class product, design, and engineering pod to build high-impact features that our users love - Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for Topline Pro agentic marketing products to empower our pros to grow their businesses faster than ever before - Successfully ship new features and drive adoption in collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer success - Deeply understand our customers through continuous user research and collaboration across the business - Effectively communicate and document progress + learnings across the organization - Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work with leadership to define product strategy 🎯 What we're looking for - Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-time industry experience in product management, with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development practices.
