About the Role We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers while actively contributing to system design and development. This is a player-coach role . You will not be successful here if you prefer to stay at a high level. You are expected to be directly involved in architecture, technical decision-making, and coding. You will partner closely with Product to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while leading a team responsible for both maintaining existing systems and building new applications. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, driving performance and growth Act as a technical leader, owning architecture and design decisions Partner with Product to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Contribute directly to code and perform code reviews (primarily in .NET) Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server Guide modernization of legacy PHP applications Help architect and build new applications using modern technologies Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software What You Bring Required: 5-10+ years of software engineering experience Proven experience
