About this role

Product Designer San Francisco, CA Role Overview As a Product Designer at Thunkable, you'll solve complex problems - spanning the product, engineering and marketing organizations and be responsible for the features and projects you bring to life. You will work closely with our engineering team to define features as well as with our marketing team to support growth efforts. Key Responsibilities Deeply understand our users and their pain points through customer conversations, user research, interviews, and usability testing. Design intuitive user flows and interaction patterns while contributing to and evolving our design system. Create polished, high-quality interfaces with strong attention to usability, accessibility, visual clarity, and consistency. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to transform sophisticated technical systems into simple and elegant user experiences. Prototype and iterate quickly, balancing speed with craft in a fast-moving startup environment. Present and communicate design decisions clearly, connecting user experience choices to broader product strategy and business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and marketing teams to bring ideas from concept to launch. Help improve overall product consistency, interaction quality, and design standards across the platform. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product design, with strong foundations in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product thinking, polished visual execution, and end-to-end product design work.
