Job Description: As an IT systems engineer senior/lead working in our IT Creative Business Operations department, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting assigned technical infrastructure. In this role, you'll lead others in evaluating, implementing, and supporting complex Windows and Linux-based application servers, along with large-scale printing and inserting production lines. In addition, you'll be accountable for the creation of technical and procedural instructions within a technical domain, and critical incident management strategies and processes. Moreover, you'll also partner with our Project Management Office and other areas within IT to define project tasks, estimate and coordinate work efforts between multiple groups, resolve or escalate issues, provide status updates on assigned deliverables, and test and implement solutions. As a lead, you'll act as a role model to technical resources, lead a team of technical resources and act as a point of contact for infrastructure or technology-specific questions.
