Job Description: As an IT business systems analyst senior or lead in Personal Lines IT, you'll play a key role in Product Delivery (Special Lines). You'll support enhancement development and the roll out of model upgrades for Progressive's Rate Revisions that utilize cross-platform customer needs in our Policy Servicing, Claims, Snapshot, and Quoting departments. You'll be a part of one of our delivery teams as they develop new business enhancements and technical upgrades for our applications. You'll develop detailed requirements along with reviewing and approving these requirements as they are developed and tested. This position is open to remote work Qualifications: Must-have qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and two years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
