Our Work The competition practice at Brattle in Sydney includes classic competition matters such as mergers and misuses of market power, in addition to other matters requiring a detailed understanding of competition and/or empirical analysis, including estimating damages and market studies. Much of our work involves litigation, but we are also asked to provide consulting assistance in some cases. We work on both the plaintiff/government side and for law firms acting for those accused of anti-competitive conduct.
