Job Summary The Senior Pre‑Project Leader A&D is responsible for developing concept designs, automation architectures, and solution proposals aligned with customer requirements. The role acts as a bridge between commercial and technical domains, collaborating closely with Market Operations, Process Engineering, Automation & Digital teams, and global stakeholders. This position covers all three business areas-Processing, Packaging, and Services-and includes proposal engineering, early‑phase scoping, costing, and customer engagement. What you will do • Lead cross functional pre project teams across automation, electrical and digital scopes to meet timelines and deliverables. • Capture customer requirements and translate them into conceptual designs, solution configurations and A&D scopes. • Support sales by developing and presenting automation and digital solutions during pre project and sales phases. • Work with Automation, Electrical and Digital teams to benchmark supplier quotations, validate automation architectures and ensure technical compliance. • Engage with customers directly to pre
