Planner/Scheduler Bangkok, THA Summary: Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Duties & Responsibilities: Role Summary The Planner / Scheduler is responsible for all aspects of scheduling customer orders with the Contract Manufacturing partners to ensure satisfactory delivery to our global end-customers. Major Responsibilities Primary ownership for day-to-day scheduling of customer orders to meet customer requirements Works closely with the Order Management, Sales and Sales Operations teams to fully understand customer requirements for booked sales orders - manages multiple priorities to maintain on time deliveries for all customer orders Works with Contract Manufacturing partners to ensure shipment of all orders align to scheduled commit dates and customer request dates Works daily with Contract Manufacturing partners to expedite delivery of any material required to meet customer order delivery expectations Coordinates expedite activity on material and labor with the CM Manages material escalations through Commodity Managers as required to insure on time delivery Maintains and reviews on time delivery reports for CM partner - drives continuous improvement activity to insure 100% on time delivery performance Manages any customer escalation requests regarding customer order delivery schedule Responsible for on time delivery coordination for New Product Introduction (NPI) with the CM - including delivery of prototypes and adherence to volume production ramp schedules Coordinate with Planning team to develop and
