Job Summary The Planning & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading factory operational planning and logistics, including production planning, raw material planning, warehousing, and internal material flow. This role ensures efficient end-to-end supply chain execution, delivering high service levels, optimized inventory, and operational excellence. This position will be based in Rayong, Thailand and will be reporting to the Factory Director. What you will do 1. Leadership & Operational Excellence • Lead and develop the planning, warehousing and logistics teams across three factory units (on one site) to consistently meet customer commitments and customer service experiences. • Partner with Operations Managers (Closures, Strips, Straws) to optimize planning boards, improve equipment efficiency, reduce losses, and implement lean production flow principles. • Build organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and continuous skill development. • Actively participate in daily production and operational meetings to ensure alignment with factory and central planning priori
