Job Summary The position is located at 3300 Airport Road, Denton, TX 76207. 5% Domestic and international travel for on demand training purposes only. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do As a Planned Maintenance Leader, you will: Coordinate maintenance related safety activities, systematically eradicating high risk conditions and ensuring maximum safety for Planned Maintenance (PM) technicians and engineers. Establish and manage Loss Intelligence systems to identify key losses to be eradicated and lead change management and other improvement initiatives. Define procedures that will enable the maintenance operation to drive Daily Management Systems, improving conditions to eradicate sporadic anomalies of equipment while driving continuous improvement efforts to eradicate chronic losses. Implement strategies to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns. Integrate maintenance procedures and activities within the Production Process to support Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Quality Maintenance (QM), and Reliability eff
