Job Summary We are looking for the Maintenance and Project Manager who will lead factory equipment maintenance management along with facility maintenance or project management (where required) to achieve Factory results. In this role, you will provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure. Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators' safety. This position is based in Rayong, Thailand and you'll be reporting to the Factory Director. Career Migration will not be supported for this position. What you will do As our Maintenance and Project Manager, you will Drive the equipment reliability through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy Propose and implement factory investment according to factory strategy Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization. Competency and talent development for maintenance staffs including backup plan. Plan and implement safeguard the installation and building as per safety regulations
