Job Summary As a senior member of HR Country Services (HRCS), while reporting to the Head of HRCS - SAM, you will be local representative of HR for all the employees based in South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal) and external stakeholders. This position is permanently based in Chakan, India. What you will do This role of a Seasoned HR Generalist, will demand you to work in all aspects of HR Management & Leadership, while particularly owning aspects like: Policy Formulation, Implementation & Administration : In line with Tetra Pak Global Policies, Local Legal requirements, local industrial norms & practices, support Head of HRCS - SAM in development and implementation of policies. Lead the administration of these policies for entire SAM. Support / Lead the communication on Policy Matters, Lead Audits and Ensure Compliance. Educate & Handhold People Leaders across levels, based in SAM as well as Remote Leaders in interpreting and administering the policies for their teams. Employee Relations & Engagement : Maintain a continuous, proactive communication with all levels of employees including blue-collar, cultivate trust-based relationships with all teams.
