Job Summary To support central SuM expert teams by coordinating and administering supplier risk, sustainability, and compliance activities. The role ensures high-quality data management, effective supplier communication, and timely execution of compliance processes, enabling a robust and compliant supplier base. What you will do 1. Data Management & System Administration (40%) Support central teams with data collection and management Exposure to tools like Sedex , EcoVadis , Integrity Next etc Upload and maintain data in systems ensuring data accuracy Track document validity and versions Generate reports and dashboards 2. Supplier Communication & Coordination (20%) Engage suppliers for compliance documentation Communicate requirements and follow up Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers 3. Risk, Sustainability & Compliance Monitoring (20%) Plan and track supplier assessments and audits Support risk screening activities Monitor compliance and highlight risks 4. Tool & Access Administration (10%) Manage user access in relevant tools Ensure governance compliance 5. Continuous Improvemen
