Opportunity Overview The Business Process Analyst will work as part of CSO's Business Process & Systems (BPS) Team and will be the primary point of contact for both business end users and IT resources to define and roll out solutions. Will work across functional boundaries to gather, document business requirements, create solutions and implement changes that add value to the organization. This position will directly report to the CSO Business Process & Systems Lead. Responsible for requirements management and planning, working closely with business users across CSO to understand processes, needs, and requirements Communicate with IT resources to ensure developed solutions are delivered with correct functionality and on time. Perform analysis and creation of business solutions including defining, collecting, documenting, and managing requirements, creating test plans, testing solutions, providing user training, and basic support.
