This role oversees up to 30 technical employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, environmental health and safety standards, and quality requirements. The supervisor drives continuous improvement, supports strategic planning, manages workforce utilization and maintenance activities, and serves as the site leader during off‑shift or management absence. Acting as a key liaison between operations and support functions, the Production Supervisor promotes lean manufacturing practices, employee development, and a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary focus of the role is to lead the production & maintenance teams on effectively setting and achieving company and value stream organization goals and standards Responsible for the supervision, development, coaching and discipline of up to 30 technical personnel Ensures compliance to plant policies & procedures.
