Key Account Manager Gliwice As a Key Account Manager/Specialist , your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers. You act as the central point of contact, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and addressed while aligning these needs with the company's strategic goals. By effectively managing communication, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering tailored solutions, you help drive customer satisfaction and account profitability. Your role involves analyzing customer data, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively addressing any issues to build lasting partnerships and support the overall growth of the business. This is a hybrid role (1 day/week of home office). Job Responsibilities: Audit Support: Facilitate and support various audits, including TS or VDA audits, development audits, engineering audits, logistics audits, process audits, financial audits, and warranty audits. Profitability Management: Drive and monitor account profitability by focusing on key financial metrics such as Gross Margin and EBIT. Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. RFQ Analysis: Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers and provide comprehensive guidelines for the preparation of cost estimates. Data Management: Manage access to customer intranet sites and ensure the internal distribution of the latest customer data, especially when reachin
