Reporting to the Manager - 1:1 Comms Growth, you will be a key leader in realizing this vision, taking full ownership of the business growth and sales accountability for your core business portfolios through strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and identification of new growth opportunities. What You'll Do Strategic Targets Ownership Collaborate with Marketing and Digital GTM teams to set and drive 1:1 communication targets for your core business portfolios, taking full ownership of sales and growth accountability Performance Insights and Optimizations Maintain a hands-on watch on all KPIs, clearly articulating the business drivers behind performance shifts (tactics, offers, conversion improvements) Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and translate insights into clear actions and business recommendations Partner closely with GTM teams to optimize underperforming areas and turn business priorities into targeted action plans Develop and execute outbound and inbound cha
