This role is the primary bridge between TELUS' fibre construction program and the municipalities, permit offices, and government bodies that enable builds to proceed on plan. As the fibre lead for municipal engagement, you will build and maintain trusted relationships across government entities while unifying multiple internal teams. You will be accountable for creating a cohesive, proactive municipal engagement strategy that protects build timelines, unlocks new communities, and positions TELUS as a trusted partner in every market we enter. Key Responsibilities Build and Own a Fibre Municipal Engagement Strategy - Develop and govern a unified, proactive approach to municipal and government relations across all Quebec TELUS fibre build markets - establishing TELUS as a single, coordinated voice with municipalities. Lead Fibre Growth Government Relations - Manage engagement across political, senior administrative, and operational levels of government in Eastern Canada, navigating complex political environments and building long-term relationships with decision-makers. Enable and Accelerate Eastern Build Pipeline - Lead municipal engagement for the Eastern Canada fibre build pipeline. Navigate sophisticated competitive positioning
