Role Overview Reporting to the Digital Information Systems Manager, the Business Systems Lead is responsible for is responsible for coordinating the intake, assessment, prioritization, and delivery of ERP-related work, including system issues, defects, enhancements, and audit activities. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal support teams, external contractors, and auditors, the role ensures ERP requests are well understood, appropriately prioritized, and aligned with site operational and compliance priorities. Key Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Lead the intake, triage, and prioritization of ERP-related incidents, defects, enhancements, and audit requests to ensure timely and effective resolution. Provide day-to-day leadership and technical guidance to internal IT staff and functional support teams delivering ERP services.
