Role Overview Reporting to the Director, MOS (Management Operating System), the Manager MOS Design, will be responsible for managing the design, development and application of Teck's Management Operating System (MOS). In this role the incumbent will provide leadership over a small team to manage the design progress, the interface between design elements and owners, and having an ongoing role in helping the sites understand, sustain, and improve their MOS maturity. This will require teamwork and coordination with our operating sites, internal corporate-level teams, and consultants.
