Senior Quality Analyst Hyderabad Job Purpose Ensure the highest level of quality in our products by performing Quality checks of the Internal manufacturing records according to Industry, Engineering & Project Requirements. Responsible for identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies Internal manufacturing records as per technical specifications, drawings, testing methods. This includes complex technical review of various Test certificates and reports to make decision on Authorization TechnipFMC Parts Shipment. Work within existing systems towards resolving the TechnipFMC Non-Conformance Report - by Review, Creation, Coordination and Closure activities. Collaborate with Plant Quality, Engineering, Planning, Delivery and Project team to ensure TechnipFMC product MRBs Quality and Delivery targets are achieved. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Quality Function. (Assurance/Control) Shall have thorough Technical Understanding on Industry Standards (API, ISO, ASME, ASTM, NORSOK, DNV), Engineering practices, Manufacturing techniques, Material Engineering, Destructive and Non-destructive Testing, Measuring Instruments, and Engineering Drawing Shall be able to identify and understand the technical details of various certificates and reports associated with Manufacturing Processes and Testing of materials.
