Essential Duties and Responsibilities Independently drive QA activities for the assigned scrum team . Collaborate closely with developers to identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of defects. Design, enhance, and improve the productivity and reliability of automation test scripts . Drive QA process improvements within the scrum team. Provide support during production incidents , including issue reproduction, analysis, and debugging. Mentor and guide junior QA team members . Contribute to POCs and research initiatives as guided by Managers or Leads. Organize and facilitate requirement gathering and review workshops for medium to complex requirements. Education & Experience Minimum Required Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum Required Experience Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the technology / QA stream Desirable Bachelor's degree with exposure to enterprise-scale applications and Agile delivery models Job-Related Competencies Analytical Skills Guide junior team members on simple requirements . Review and challenge medium requirements . Analyze and challenge medium to complex requirements . Formalize requirements and establish traceability across core and dependent requirements . Prioritize requirements based on business value and impact . Reformulate requirements to clearly articulate business value .
