About this role

Senior HSE Management System & Compliance Specialist / Engineer Dunfermline Job Purpose We are currently looking for a Senior HSE Management System & Compliance Specialist/Engineer to join our team in Dunfermline. This role will involve partnering with GBU/REMS HSE teams to implement HSE management system, processes & programs in the region incompliance with the requirements established by TechnipFMC, relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and applicable regulatory requirements. Evaluate and continually improve the Global HSE management system, processes & compliance programs forsuitability & effectiveness to minimize HSE risks exposure and enhance HSE performance. Job Description Execution of HSE management system & compliance related activities and the management of HSE certifications in the region. Primary activities include providing HSE technical expertise, support, and guidance to the organization through assessing, establishing, implementing, and continually improving HSE systems, processes, and programs. Partner with GBU/REMS HSE teams to carry out activities to meet customer, TechnipFMC & regulatory compliance and support improving its effectiveness on a continual basis. Participate (may be appointed as a Lead) in the Global/Regional/Local Network/ Workgroup for HSE management system & compliance related improvement efforts. Provide expertise & support to GBU/REMS HSE for a new site in the region to achieve compliance/certification to ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 standards, including withdrawal.
