Sr HSE Engineer Glendale, AZ, United States Sr HSE Engineer Glendale, AZ, United States (On-site) BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description As a Senior HSE Engineer - Environmental here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring that our site adheres to environmental regulations and internal health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies. This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing environmental management plans, and ensuring compliance with environmental laws and standards. You will report directly to our HSE Manager, and you'll work out of our Glendale, AZ location. In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization. Responsibilities Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications Assist in administering the Honeywell Health, Safety, Environmental Management System Implement the exposure monitoring and IH programs for the site Provide technical assistance regarding health, safety, environmental compliance requirements Develop and administer training and communications to site personnel regarding HSE topics Perform site aspect and impact maturity assessments of the HSE management system Measure key HSE indicators and implement plans to address gaps Administer the Radiation and Laser program and act as the site's Radiation and Laser Safety Officer
