You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. In this role, you will impact project success by driving engineering excellence, ensuring timely delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Propose qualification and transition plans for transitioned parts Provide on-site supplier visits and status Assist with product and process certification Ensure project
