Advanced Project Engineer Phoenix, AZ, United States Advanced Project Engineer Phoenix, AZ, United States and 1 more (Hybrid) Job Description As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will lead complex engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery. You will apply your advanced engineering expertise and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive innovation in aerospace solutions. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. Employees first 90 days are expected to be on-site. In this role, you will impact the successful execution of high-profile aerospace projects that enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction, contributing to Honeywell's leadership in the aerospace industry. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and coordinate engineering projects ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards Evaluate drawing requirements and coordinate updates with engineering design authority Research current part history, defects, drawing deficiencies. Propose qualification and transition plans for transitioned parts Provide on-site supplier visits and status
