Job Overview The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) is responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle. This role involves working closely with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to conduct risk assessments and develop advanced product quality planning methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The AQE plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer requirements while enhancing product reliability and performance Job Requirements Facilitate Design Review (DR) and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) reviews through the product development lifecycle. Evaluate and document project quality risks Implement quality planning and controls for prototype and/or sample builds and manage build records and documents. Complete measurement system analysis for inspection systems and gages to be utilized. Develop quality control plans Work with NPD team to coordinate sample preparation and certification for product verification and qualification testing. Conduct and analyze process capability studies in support of Final Tool Approval (FTAR) for all tools and production lines associated with the project using the Comprehensive Tool Approval Report (CTAR), form 5389-DND.
