Job Overview Coordinates and oversees various organizational projects and their implementation in support of corporate strategy. Job Requirements ROLE OBJECTIVE Lead new product development within the Digital Data Networks Business Unit by managing a global team of 15+ project managers. Focus on delivering products on time and within budget while advancing project management standards and team development. RESPONSIBILITIES Team Management: Recruit, evaluate, and oversee project managers; conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning. Project Oversight: Monitor high-risk and key projects, ensuring effective management of cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality. Strategy & Reporting: Align project portfolios with corporate goals, optimize resources, and report progress and risks to senior leadership. Process Improvement: Drive PMO best practices, continuous improvement, and organizational standardization to enhance efficiency. Resource Planning: Collaborate with business teams to align staffing with growth strategies. What your background should look like EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years in Project Management or New Product Development.
