Job Requirements ROLE OBJECTIVE Lead new product development within the Digital Data Networks Business Unit by managing a global team of 15+ project managers. Focus on delivering products on time and within budget while advancing project management standards and team development. RESPONSIBILITIES Team Management: Recruit, evaluate, and oversee project managers; conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning. Project Oversight: Monitor high-risk and key projects, ensuring effective management of cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality. Strategy & Reporting: Align project portfolios with corporate goals, optimize resources, and report progress and risks to senior leadership. Process Improvement: Drive PMO best practices, continuous improvement, and organizational standardization to enhance efficiency. Resource Planning: Collaborate with business teams to align staffing with growth strategies. What your background should look like EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years in Project Management or New Product Development.
