Job Overview Continuous Improvement & Lean Operation Excellence Roadmap implementation to achieve Measurable Outcomes in Business Operation System, Productivity, Quality improvement, Cost saving…continuous improvement 1. Make a stepped improvement in the operations excellence in Auto China Operation to ensure our competitive position is improved 2. Reap financial and non-financial benefits from continuous improvement activities and workshops 3. Provide a central resource and functional skill base necessary to support the many improvement projects. 4. Promote and deployment problem solving methodology. Job Requirements 1. At least 8-10 years of lean operation and/or structured problem solving (six sigma) experience. 2. Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing operation, production, quality, logistic, .. working experience in International Automotive industry; 3. Strong Lean/ Kaizen continuous improvement capability; 4. Strong problem solving capability What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
