Pourquoi nous rejoindre: Responsabilités clés: Déployer les méthodologies d'amélioration continue et garantir leur cohérence Piloter des projets d'amélioration continue (Lean, Kaizen, VSM, 5S) Suivre et améliorer les KPI (SQDC) Prioriser les actions selon l'impact et le ROI Accompagner le management et conduire le changement Coordonner les initiatives locales et régionales Déployer les meilleures pratiques au sein de la Business Unit Votre Profil idéal: Bac+5 (Ingénieur.e ou équivalent) 5 ans en amélioration continue en environnement industriel Anglais professionnel requis (échanges internationaux, reporting, animation workshops) Compétences clés:Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, KPI Management, Project Management, Change Management Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
