Project Manager Job Country Morocco At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview TE Connectivity's Project management assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives. Job Requirements • Influence in present role for assigned projects • Proactively work with all functions in managing resources for the projects. • Manages risk and compliance across all the assigned projects • Adopt and promote PMO best practices • Escalate issues and risks that cannot be resolved at the core team level • Direct interaction with customers and internal Project Steering Committee when required. Special Knowledge & Skills 1. General: • Formal project management education and/or PMP certification (or pursuing to get one) • Some experience with LEAN PD, Waterfall, Agile methodologies • Good knowledge of Industry standards • Ability to deliver on issues of low complexity without guidance or supervision • Proactively seeks information outside its team and systematically shares it with the group • Leadership - Negotiation • Microsoft Project 2. Technical/ engineering skills/ mindsets • Knowledge on terminals, connectors and related manufacturing technologies in order to drive cost efficiency • Analytical
